Warden Plastics
Warden Plastics is a supplier to the trade for medium to high volume injection mouldings and extrusion profiles. We have a range of sizes of moulding machines from 80 to 210 tonne and 5 extrusion lines.
Warden Plastics welcomes enquiries from businesses with their own injection moulding tooling or extrusion dies or can assist with new or replacement tooling.

Established since 1957, Warden has always been at the forefront of plastic injection-moulding and extrusion, serving a diverse range of industries. Warden’s initial area of activity was the chipping and selling of re-granulated plastics, but it soon expanded its operations to include the design and production of plastic extrusions.
Today Warden Plastics serves a wide range of customers in a number of industry sectors. Warden Plastics combines stability and extensive experience with advanced technology and on-going investment in production capability.
We provide a responsive, flexible and reliable supply of extruded and moulded products, consistently and with a determination at all times to meet the customers targets.

Warden Plastics was formed by William J. Crump (Bill) in Luton in 1957.
Bill spent time as an electrical contractor working for a number of plastic companies including: Hygrade Plastics, Meldrum Thermoplastics, Shakespear Plastics, and Thermoplastics (known today as Ecomold or Linpac).
He picked up sub-contract work from Hygrade Plastics by covering metal chair legs in plastic tube and cutting handles from rolls of extrusion.
This work was carried out in the cellar of his house at 30 Cromwell Road, Luton assisted by his children Brenda, Peter, & Alec.
